(1) When disbursing the expenses for the operation of the plan to the local bodies, voluntary organizations and community organizations that have approved the operation of the fund plan, it will be paid in installments.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the expenses shall be disbursed in proportion to the work completed and achievements for the implementation of the plan.
